Liftoff is built to be private by default. The short version: your launches never leave your iPhone. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking.
What we collect
Nothing is sent to us. The actions you name and the launches you complete are stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device database, and (if you use widgets or the Lock Screen) in a private app group on your device. We never receive, see, or store this data.
Analytics & tracking
None. Liftoff contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party tracking. We do not build a profile of you because we never receive your data.
Purchases
Liftoff Pro is sold through Apple’s App Store using StoreKit. Payments and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We receive only Apple’s anonymous record that a purchase is active — never your payment details.
Sharing
When you choose to share a launch card or cinematic video, that file is created on your device and handed to the standard iOS share sheet. Where it goes from there is up to you and the app you send it to. We are not involved.
Your rights
Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control. Deleting the app removes all of it. There is nothing for us to delete on our side, because we never had it.
Children
Liftoff is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date. Material changes will be noted in the app’s release notes.
